Request for proposal (RFP) or
Contract/outsourcing details or
Global Tender document which shall detail the core business requirement,
vendor selection criteria, etc.
As a Service buyer, create the RFP or any of these document when your proposal costing
is more than $10k and above.
When your proposal/work costing is less than $10k, please contact
the vendors directly from the respective industry section directory. |

If you want to contact only few players and make the deal privately,
than please send us your RFP. We will find you the best vendors to deal with. |

Phase 1>
View the Project proposals created by the Service Buyer. |

Follow the 'interested-to-bid' process
which will notify the Service buyer. |

Send the RFP response document and bid for the
proposal(quote). This works on a principle of Reverse Auction(RA). |

Phase 2>
Assessment round for the selection of Service Provider. |

Receive the bids(quotations from the vendors). |

Selected Service Providers are notified. |

Phase 3>
Follow the 'Model-to-Outsource' for the next stage for negotiation
or skip to phase 4. |

Phase 3>
Update the model for the negotiation step or work on the SLA, if you are one of
the winner. |

Phase 4>
Award the deal. |

Win the deal. |
